Flores overland tour meet Komodo island hoping tours: one of our land tour packages discover Flores Island starting from Ende a gateway to the famous three colour lakes, Kelimutu National Park. Apart from Kelimutu Lake, this trip combines cultural tours visit traditional houses of lio tribes in Wologai, Bena traditional village in Bajawa, and Todo traditional village in the region of Manggarai and an island hoping in the north of Flores Island, Riung 17 island National Park and Komodo National Park on the south west of Flores.

These tour programs we provide are flexible and can be customized depending on your special wishes. DAY 1 BALI – ENDE – MONI

Morning flight over from Denpasar Ngurah Rai Airport to Ende Hasan Aeroboesman (middle part of Flores). Our local representative will greet you upon arrival (Tour guide and driver), for transfer you to Moni, En route, stops will be made in Nua Bosi, to see the view of Ende Bay, then. Detusoko the beautiful terrace rice field and the cloves plantation. Ndua Ria fruit local market then into Moni. Dinner and overnight stay in Moni.(Bintang Lodge or Ecolodge moni is the reccommendation place to stay)

Pre-dawn (04.30) drive to the top of Kelimutu mountain, to see the sunrise (weather permitting) and the wonderful three colored lake. Return to Moni for breakfast, at the Hotel or local restaurant. After breakfast, leaving Moni continue the journey to Wologai to see the traditional houses of Lio tribes. Continue toward to Ende town, for lunch at Local restaurant. After lunch continue toward to west of the town into Nanga Penda beach to see the blue stones in a long black sand beach. Continue toward Mbay, to see rice field irrigation. Continue to Riung for Dinner and overnight stay. (Nirvana hotel or Delmare homestay is the reccommendation place to stay)

After breakfast at your hotel, start your journey to explore the most exotic islands in Riung 17 island National Park. Transfer to the harbour, sailing to Ontoloe Island to watching the Flying Foxes among the mangroves. Continue sailing the islands of Tembang, and Pulau Tiga where you will intimate yourself swimming and snorkeling in the blue turquoise water and relaxing on the white sand beach, or short hike up to the hill to see the breathtaking view of Riung 17 islands. You will have fresh grilled fish on the island of Rutong or Pulau 3. Afterward boating to Riung for shower and get your Bags then drive to Soa, to enjoy yourself in warm waters that flow from natural hot springs. Some stop will be made according to local events. Afternoon drive to Bajawa town. Dinner and overnight in Bajawa. (Edelweis hotel, Silverin or Manulalu hotel, is the reccommendation place to stay)

After breakfast at your hotel, drive 18km to south part of Bajawa town to see Bena, the biggest traditional villages in Flores Island, with their megalithic stones and hand weaving. Drive back to Bajawa then to drive down to Aimere district, one of the famous local ‘Arak’ distillations in Flores Island. Continue toward to Ranamese to see the beautiful lake, located on the slope of Mt Ranaka, surrounded by jungle, and also the beautiful rice terraces on the green valley near the Ranamese village. At Mano there are amazing views of the rice terraces. Continue drive to Ruteng town for your overnight accommodation and dinner. Arra Garden Inn Hotel ,Mbc lodge, Spring  Hill Bungalow is the reccomendation places to stay)

After breakfast, drive to Golo Curu to see the view of Ruteng town and beautiful rice terraces, then visit Cara village to see Spider Web rice field called Lingko, in Manggarain language. Drive down to Lembor to see the biggest rice field irrigation in Flores Island. Lunch will be made at Warung in Lembor. Afterward drive to Culu, Melo village to see the beautiful view of tiny islands surround Komodo National Park in the distances. Late afternoon drive to Labuan Bajo town for your hotel and overnight. Dinner will be served at your hotel or at local restaurant. Golo Hiltop hotel, Lacecile hotel, Elang Hill side Bambu villa, Purisari hotel, and many other options hotel in town.

After breakfast at the hotel will transfer you to the harbour, embarking on wooden motorized boat, sailing to Rinca Island. Arrive at the Bay of Loh buaya, Rinca, where you will be met by the rangers from Komodo National Park, who will guide you into the registration / check in and begin your trekking into the bush to observe Komodo dragon and other stunning wild life such as long tail macaque, timor deers, wild boar, wild buffalo’s, wild horse, etc Return to the boat continue to Pink beach, another wonderful snorkeling spot, Explore the beauty of coral reefs and plenty of tropical fish in the crystal-clear water, as well as the sunbathing and relaxing on the pink sand beach. Lunch will be served on the boat. Afternoon sailing to Kalong island, where the boat will anchor overnight. Dinner and accommodation will be served onboard

Arrive at the pier of Loh Liang, walking to Komodo National Park for registration and meet the rangers, then trekking to see the Komodo dragon in their natural environment, and other stunning wild life such as the Timor deer, wild pigs, long tail macaque, water buffaloes and Megapods birds,etc. During this trekking you will visit the nest of KOMODO DRAGON as sometimes you will see the baby komodo dragon hiding on the trees, to avoid attack from the adults. Afterward back to boat depart to Karang Makasar. Swimming in the crystal clear water at this Manta point, with luck, you should see groups of Manta rays. Afterward navigation to Labuanbajo, for transfer to your hotel.Dinner and accommodation will be served at the hotel or local restaurant. (Luwansa hotel or similar)

Morning free at the hotel or city tour to visit the limestone stone cave, Gua batu cermin to see the stalactites, stalagmites and the beautiful coral stone fossils hanging on the wall of the cave. The cave is 19 hectares in size and 75 meters high. Found by a Dutch priest, as he was an archeologist that found a lot of fossils in Flores island. Afterwards transfer to the airport to get your flight back to Bali.
