Booking Terms & Conditions / General Information
Please take your time to carefully read the following terms and conditions. On your registration form we ask you to agree with the Terms, Conditions & Cancellation Policy. With your confirmed booking, you automatically agree with these conditions.
A.Reservation /booking arrangement:
To make a booking select the packages of your choice and all the reservations must be made by email with the date to which the reservation refers inclusive all customers name and or full name as written on your valid passport, total of participants or pax, date of your arrival, tour duration/long stay, date of departure, Flight Numbers, room type, hotel preferences, and boat type with its facilities different, car type with its capacities.. All prices published on the website are meant as cash prices, respectively when money is wired via bank transfer or Revolut or wise transfer. A deposit payment of 25% of the total price per person is to be sent upon booking to Indonesia Flores Tour bank account (see payment details below clause 1.1 and 1.2 ,p ) no later than 7 days after the date the booking is made.
B. Accommodation:
Our packages holidays based on Adventure tours so there for during your holidays or tours you will stay at the small hotel with its facilities simply , but clean.as well as Guest house, sometimes you will have experience to stay in the villages isolated here you will stay on local houses or traditional houses. Then for the islands tours such as Komodo island tours, will provided you a wooden mottorized boat which is has been modified for such as an adventure trips for travelers, as well as the boat trip in Riung 17 National Park. There are view types of wooden motorized boat, the standart or regular boat, the phinisi or the indonesianscholarship boat. The phinsi has cabin with airconditioning and private toilet and bathroom. Regarding the hotel in general in Flores island the only standard hotel with its facilities internationals standard could be found only in Labuan bajo west part of Flores island, other budget accommodation such as guest house, home stay, motel, hostel, bungalow, can be found on the rest part of Flores island. On the east part of Flores outside of Maumere town, there are view option of the beach resort.
C.Price:
All prices quoted are subject to availability, Subject to changes, can be withdrawn, or valid without noticed. The price is guaranteed at the time of reservation is confirmed! Rates are quoted in Indonesian Currency-Rupiah/IDR, U$ Dollar, and Euro.
D.Payment of the balance
Payment of the balance must be made to indonesia Flores Tour as follow:
- 30 days prior to departure date: remaining 75% of the agreed program price
If full payment of the balance is not received by this dates, indonesia Flores Tour can cancel the booking and enforce cancellation policy as set out in the terms cancellation policy below,clause: (F)
E. Change of reservations
General
If an agent or individual guest wishes to cancel or change a reservation, in any way, it must be done by email to indonesia Flores Tour.
F. Cancellations fees
The following cancellation fees are charged for cancellations:
- 60 – 31 days prior to activity start: 25%
- 30 – 16 days prior to activity start: 50%
- 15 – 0 days prior to activity start: 100%
Cancellation fees apply to the complete booked packages, hotel prices,liveboard, standart boat, phinisi boat, Flight tickets,etc.
G.Travel cancellation insurance
It is highly recommended that all customers purchase a travel cancellation insurance.
H. Changes in published indonesia Flores Tours products
Changes before conclusion of the contract:
Indonesia Flores Tour reserves the right to make alterations and changes to published products, such as service descriptions, itineraries, rates, times, etc. at any time before the time of booking. Should the necessity arise,indonesia Flores Tour will inform the individual client prior to entering the contract. The date the contract is entered is the date that booking fee is received by Indonesia Flores Tour.
I. Changes to rates after the contract has been entered
In rare circumstances it is possible that prices must be increased. The circumstances under which this may occur are as follow:
- Increases in transportation costs (including fuel costs)
- Increase in state taxes and duties (i.e. embarkation/disembarkation fees, taxes, etc.)
- Currency fluctuations
Should the necessity arise, Indonesia Flores Tour will inform the client immediately about the new rate. If you don’t agree on the new rate and you want to cancel your booking, Indonesia Flores Tour will charge 15% of the invoice and refund the rest of payment.
j. Changes to program on site
Indonesia Flores Tour, its an agent and tour operators, reserve the right to rearrange the order of any itinerary, to cancel or substitute elements of any schedule without notice, when local conditions force such changes.
This rescheduling is sometimes necessary due to environmental conditions (current, weather) for safety reasons and can not be a reason for cancellation!For closed port situations exchange products and/or other alternatives will be offered. Indonesia Flores Tour strictly follows harbour master recommendations when to cancel a tour for all the leisure trips or sailling in Komodo Natioanal Park or out of komodo National park teritorial area and indonesia Flores Tour stricly follows the local minister or chef of Komodo Natianal Park and or Kelimutu National Park recommendation when to cancel a tour to those park due the closed park If a tour is cancelled due to harbour master and local minister of both park recommendations, Indonesia Flores Tour will move your tour day forward or offers a 50 % refund.
50% refund is the cash that custemors rights to receive after the full paid of Flights, booking fees Hotel, booking fees for the boat,etc.
k.Trip cancellation by Indonesia Flores Tour
Cancellation for reasons caused by the customer
Indonesia Flores Tour reserves the right to cancel a booking if actions on the customer’s part give justifiable cause to do so. In such instance Indonesia Flores Tour will not refund any payments already made. Claims against Indonesia Flores Tour will not be entertained.
L. Force majeure and unpredictable acts of man
Indonesia Flores Tour reserves the right to cancel a trip for reasons of force majeure (i.e. natural disasters, epidemics, weather, etc.) or unavoidable acts of man (i.e. war, riots, strikes, etc.). In the event of this happening,Indonesia Flores Tour will advise you at the earliest possible date and move your activity forward or offers a full refund.
M.Trip cancellation for other reasons
Indonesia Flores Tour reserves the right to cancel a trip for other reasons that are unavoidable (e.g. broken engine,car engine went off, sick staff,Tour Guide and driver, boat crew etc.) and will inform the customer at the earliest possible date. In this case Indonesia Flores Tour will reschedule your activity if possible or offers a full refund.
N. Liliabilities:
Indonesia flores tour acts only in the capacity of an agents, tours, transportation, and hotels, so therefor we will not responsible for any loss, damages, injuries, flight delay, flight cancellation ,including death, additional expenses, or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly ,by the acts ,omissions, or default whether Negligent or otherwise the third party provider over whom we have no direct contract force majeure or any others relevant which is beyond our control or which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part.Damages resulting from personal injury, illness or death
Damages resulting from illness, personal injuries or death which may be sustained by reason of, or while engaged on, any trip whether due to the ownership, maintenance, use, operation or control of any aircraft, helicopter, automobile, bicycle, boat, vehicle, hotel, common carrier or any other conveyance used in carrying out these trips. indonesia flores tour assumes no liability due to any cause whatsoever whether caused by failure or delay or other irregularity, acts or omissions occurring during a trip under which the means of transportation or other service provided thereby is offered or supplied by owners, operators or public carriers for and on behalf of indonesia flores tour. indonesia flores tour shall not be responsible for any injury to person (whether or not resulting in death) or damage to property arising out of any act of war, insurrection, revolt or other civil uprising or military action occurring in the countries of origin, destination or passages. In case of a medical problem arising during the voyage, either on board or on shore, which results in cost for evacuation, use of aircraft or repatriation, the responsibility for payment of these costs belongs solely to the passenger or custemors.
0. Travel insurance:
As we are small local tour operator and or small travel agent.We strongly recommended to all participants to have their own travel insurances or purchase travel insurance before booking the holiday with us to cover your tour arrangements, medical, surgical, dental and other additional expenses, baggage’s, loss of money, personal accidents, and personal liability.
p.Payment
1.1 Revolut or Wise Transfer
We accept payment by Revolut and Wise transfer. Revolut and Wise transfer charges administration fees,depending on a country the transfer has been send from. All charges are paid by sender. You will receive the details or notification of your payment.Please mention number of your booking or invoice on your payment details. Revolut is faster ,cheaper and secure, but Wire transfer might takes couple hourse behind compare Revolut.
1.2 Bank transfer
Payment by bank transfer as detailed below. Transfer fees are to be paid by the sender. Please note: some banks charge very high international transaction fees. All charges are paid by sender, so please check with your bank before making a bank transfer.
